Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Many RawSkinFX products are handmade, custom-made, or prepared to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, sales, holidays, product launches, or high order volumes, processing times may extend to up to 5 working days or longer where necessary.

All processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If you require an order by a specific date, you must contact us at help@rawskinfx.com before placing your order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, RawSkinFX does not guarantee delivery by any specific date or timeframe.

RawSkinFX reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel orders where necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect information, stock issues, shipping restrictions, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

UK Shipping

Orders under £60 are generally shipped using a tracked standard delivery service.

​

​Orders over £60 are generally shipped using a tracked and signed delivery service.

 

​Shipping methods and couriers may vary depending on destination, parcel size, weight, availability, or operational requirements.

Customers are solely responsible for:

​

  • providing accurate shipping and contact information;

  • selecting the appropriate delivery option at checkout;

  • ensuring safe and secure delivery access at the delivery location.

RawSkinFX is not responsible for:​​

  • delays caused by postal services or couriers;

  • failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information;

  • parcels delayed, lost, or stolen after confirmed delivery;

  • missed deliveries or uncollected parcels;

  • delays caused by weather, strikes, customs, or events outside our control.

 

Risk of loss and responsibility for products transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed to the courier or marked as delivered.

International Shipping 

​International shipping times may vary significantly depending on destination country, customs procedures, local delivery services, and external factors. Estimated delivery times are typically between 7–28 working days but are not guaranteed.

RawSkinFX is not responsible for:

  • customs delays or inspections;

  • import restrictions, confiscations, or rejected shipments;

  • local delivery delays;

  • additional taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges;

  • lost or delayed shipments once dispatched.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products ordered from RawSkinFX comply with local laws, regulations, and import requirements within their country.

Restricted Shipping Regions

​Due to current regulatory and compliance requirements, RawSkinFX does not currently ship to:

  • European Union (EU) countries;

  • European Economic Area (EEA) countries;

  • Northern Ireland.

​

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order placed from restricted locations.

Delivery Issues​

Customers must contact RawSkinFX within 7 days of confirmed delivery if there are any issues with an order.

 

Claims relating to missing, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders may require supporting evidence, including photographs, packaging information, or courier documentation.

RawSkinFX reserves the right to refuse claims where insufficient evidence is provided or where claims are believed to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with courier tracking information.
